Some Chicks, like Martie Maguire are getting good news, like the birth of her baby girl, while other Chicks are not. Dixie Chick Emily Robinson has officially divorced her husband of nine years, singer Charlie Robinson.



According to People, the couple's divorce filing states that the marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities." They wed in 1999 and have three children: Gus, 5, and twins Julianna Tex and Henry Benjamin, 3.

The divorce was handled quietly, filed way back in January and finalized Wednesday in Texas.
