Mary-Kate Olsen in the Clear
Mary-Kate Olsen can take a deep breath. Investigators have decided to drop all further investigations on the Heath Ledger case.

Prosecutors have decided not to pursue a criminal case on how Ledger got the prescription painkillers that led to his overdose earlier this year because they believe that at this point there is "no visible target" to point the finger at.
The masseuse who found Ledger called Mary-Kate Olsen first once she discovered the dead body. Olsen demanded immunity earlier this week before she would consider answering any police questions as to how Ledger obtained the drugs.
But Olsen is in the clear now, as the case has been dropped. According to the AP, the DEA obtained a subpoena that could have forced Olsen to talk if she continued to hold out. But the subpoena, issued in April, is no longer valid because it was dependent upon the prosecutors pursuing the case, the official said Wednesday.
Olsen may not be totally out of the woods, however. Officials said that if any evidence of a crime surfaces, the case could be revived once again.
