It may not be the Academy Awards, but Lollapalooza offered up some interesting outfit decisions. Here are our picks for "best" and "seriously, you wore that?"
RED, WHITE AND BLUE
BEST: Bloc Party.

Their Obama shirts were the perfect addition to their red, white and blue ensembles. Everything else was plain and simple so as not to distract from who their candidate of choice is. And whether you're a McCain or an Obama supporter, you've got to love the passion in these guys to spread an important message: be patriotic and rock your vote!
WORST: Duffy.

A cross between Betty Boop and a sailor, this romping of hers just isn't cutting it. Love that she's trying to be patriotic, but this English gal should stick to the Union Jack.
