Spore Origins is an abbreviated version of the full-length game due out in September, but it definitely has its own unique appeal. As a tiny organism, you swim through ooze by tilting your iPhone side to side, or you can use the d-pad if you prefer. To finish a stage, you have to fill up your DNA strand at the top of the screen. As your creature evolves, you'll be able to customize it by adding new eyes, limbs, and so on. One of the coolest iPhone exclusive features is that you'll be able to take any photo on your phone and use it to decorate your organism. Considering it's a mobile game, it packs a lot into a tiny package. From what we saw at E3, the graphics are looking super sharp and colorful.
